Well done to Olwyn Hastings, Molly Tunney, Ríona Corrigan and Evie Flood who produced a Valentine's treat as part of their TY Enterprise project.
Their product "Cookies in a Jar" came to being after an initial brainstorming team exercise in class.
Over the module the girls developed their entrepreneurial skills including conducting market research, budgeting, feasibly analysis, setting up a manufacturing process, processing orders, sales & customer services skills.
