Hard luck to our first year basketball team who lost to St. Brendan's Belmullet today. Belmullet took an early lead and although the SHS fought back, that proved to be the difference on the day. The girls fought right to the end and did themselves proud.
Our U16 basketball team were runners up in the Regional final earlier on in the week. They played against Ard Scoil Mhuire in Ballinasloe.
