Over the past few months, we have been delighted to welcome Gaelic games back into the school. The girls have benefitted hugely from the games and performed admirably across the board at all age grades. As our school pitch is not regulation size, we may use it for training but not matches. Therefore, we would be conceding home advantage without the help of local clubs. We have played several home games this school year already at Westport GAA. Their help and support this year has been fantastic. We would like to offer sincere thanks to the main committee and the grounds committee for allowing us the use of the pitch. The pitch was in exceptional condition, right up to our final home game on the 26th November. The welcome players and coaches received has been exceptional.
Huge thanks from all our players, coaches and school management.
