JC. Culinary Skills Exam

This was an extra busy week in the SHS Home Economics dept. The Third year Home Ec students completed their JC. Culinary Skills Exam. They are required to prepare, cook, and serve a variety of dishes in 1 hour 30 min. All of which they did to a very high standard indded! Well done to all!
